Camping Information

• Arrival and departure times: Camp begins at 8:59AM on Saturday, 

July 3, 2027 and ends at 8:59AM on Saturday, July 10, 2027. 

• The entry fee for the week (4 days or more) is $120 per person (same as last year and the year before and the year before that) and includes camping and parking.  

• UPDATED for 2027 If you plan to join us for less than four days, be prepared to pay the full entry fee of $120. When you depart, we will refund the difference between that amount and the daily fee which is $30 per day per person (same as last year and the year before and the year before that).

• The price is the same for those who plan to attend the gathering even if you don't plan to camp with us.

• It costs a lot of money to put on this party.  If you want to participate, expect to contribute.

• New for 2024: Children 15 and under are free.  

• No need to pre-register.  

• Pay when you arrive and before you set up camp.

• You'll will wear a wristband to indicate that you have paid the camp fee.  

• PLEASE NOTE: We'll only accept CASH.
